Annual Checklist:
Pre-Drywall Phase
  • Roof & Attic:

    Check for winter damage (ice dam issues, loose shingles), inspect ventilation, measure insulation depth.

  • Exterior Siding & Masonry:

    Inspect for cracks, moisture intrusion, or damage from freeze-thaw cycles

  • Foundation & Drainage:

    Detailed check for new cracks, ensure grading slopes away from home, assess downspout and extension functionality.

  • Windows & Doors:

    Check caulking and weather-stripping for efficiency gaps.

  • Plumbing System:
