qualified specialist is recommended.
Not Inspected (NI): Not inspected for the reasons noted in the report.
♦  Not Present (NP): Not present at the property.

♦ This section outlines the most significant findings from the inspection. We strongly recommend

♦ The electrical service panel contains double-tapped breakers (see section 6.2), which is a fire
hazard. Recommend immediate evaluation and repair by a licensed electrician.
♦ Several roof shingles are damaged and/or missing (see section 4.1), which has likely led to water
infiltration into the attic. Recommend a full evaluation by a qualified roofing contractor.
♦ Active water leakage was observed at the water heater pressure relief valve discharge pipe (see
section 7.2). Recommend immediate evaluation by a licensed plumber.
